The Opportunity SC Conference is the largest comprehensive community development convention and forum in South Carolina. Spanning three days, Wednesday, October 4 through Friday, October 6, 2023 in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the 24th annual conference exposes attendees to integrated, innovative and sustainable solutions for low-wealth communities across our state and region.

This year's conference will focus on the theme "Build. Grow. Own. Thrive" and feature four different tracks of breakout sessions. The "Build" track will cover topics related to community development. The "Grow" track will focus on the unique challenges and emerging opportunities in South Carolina's rural communities. The "Own" track will focus on the needs of micro and small businesses. The "Thrive" track, in partnership with the SC Food Policy, will focus on food and health policy strategies.
